Upon arrival, I was taken aback when I discovered the hidden costs for parking and porter service, totaling about 300€ for just three nights. This lack of communication was frustrating, as I expected clarity on all charges in a luxury venue. Additionally, the rigid check-out time of 11am felt disappointing. a late check-out would have greatly enhanced my stay.

Oh, where to start? The sheer lack of clarity on the parking and porter fees was a delightful surprise, costing me 300€ extra. I woudl ve been grateful for a check-out after 11am but no such luck.
